About the founder
Hi there! My name is Lynn, owner and lip blush artist at Pretty Face Ink, Adelaide, South Australia. My goal is to enhance people’s natural beauty and build their confidence, one lip blush procedure at a time.
I often get asked why I got into this wonderful niche. Well, I spent years uncomfortable with how washed out and sickly I looked. Before lip blush, I thought the only solution was to constantly reapply lipstick and deal with the mess. Lip blush has been an absolute game changer. I wake up, eat and drink, work, exercise (…occasionally), swim and wash my face without having to worry. I wish for others to also experience how confident, vibrant and carefree lip blush can make you feel.
As a woman of colour, I understand that people from ethnic backgrounds can struggle with dark or two-toned lips and this why I specialise in dark lip neutralisation. Working with dark-pigmented lips requires advanced skills and in-depth colour theory knowledge, and I am passionate about constantly excelling in this area.
