Lash lifts cannot be performed on you if you

• Skin disease, skin trauma, cuts, abrasions, burns and swelling in the immediate area

• Weak eyelashes (typically from over styling or product use) at the discretion of your beauty therapist

• Eye infections/inflammation such as conjunctivitis, uveitis, keratitis, or impetigo

• Cysts or styes on the eyelid

• Hypersensitive eyes/watery eyes

• Skin disorders in the general eye area such as dermatitis

• Chemotherapy or recent operations around the eyes, head or face

• Any condition that makes closing or opening eyes difficult or causes erratic movements

Avoid wetting the lashes and using eye makeup for the first 24 hours.

After the first 24 hours, you may use the aftercare oil at night to nourish your lashes.

Do not use oil-based or strong make up removers for the first 48 hours. It could strip the tint or damage the lash lift.

It is important to avoid hot steam from showers, saunas, dishwashers or even heat from ovens. Reduce your exposure as much as possible.

Avoid touching and playing with your lashes and rubbing your face into the pillow. If you wear a sleeping mask to sleep, avoid using this at least 48 hours after your treatment.
